Scale Theory
Effective May 2, 2026
Scale Theory is developed by Gabriel Koen. This policy explains what information is associated with your use of the app and how it is handled.
Scale Theory itself does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. All data the app creates — your progress, practice history, and settings — lives entirely on your device and is never sent anywhere.
If you have opted into sharing app analytics with developers through your iOS or App Store settings, Apple may share anonymized usage data with us through App Store Connect. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It may include information such as:
You can control this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising or through your App Store account settings. We have no ability to opt you into or out of this — it is entirely your choice within iOS.
Scale Theory does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data from the app is sold or shared with third parties.
The only external party with any potential access to usage information is Apple, through the App Store analytics system described above, and only if you have opted in.
Scale Theory does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data itself, it is safe for all ages in this respect. Any analytics data Apple may share is anonymized and aggregated.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Your on-device data (practice history, progress) can be removed at any time by deleting the app.
Since Scale Theory does not transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk in transit or on our servers. Your on-device data is protected by iOS's standard app sandboxing and device encryption.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
